- 4 medium apples
- 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Core the apples and place them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the nuts, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Stuff the apples with the nut mixture.
- Pour the water into the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the apples are tender.
- Serve warm.

- Use any variety of apple you prefer.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
