Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg

  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg.
  5. Dip each zucchini strip in the egg, then coat it with the cheese mixture.
  6. Place the coated zucchini strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
