Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each zucchini strip in the egg, then coat it with the cheese mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
