Description

A creamy and delightful dessert made with ripe peaches and sweetened with allulose, perfect for a light and refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup ripe peaches, pureed
  • 1/3 cup allulose sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream and allulose. Heat over medium heat until the sweetener dissolves and the mixture is slightly simmering.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract, then remove from heat.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding the peach puree.
  4. Pour the mixture into individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
