- 1 cup ripe peaches, pureed
- 1/3 cup allulose sweetener

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream and allulose. Heat over medium heat until the sweetener dissolves and the mixture is slightly simmering.
- Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract, then remove from heat.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding the peach puree.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh peach slices if desired.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, strain the peach puree before adding it to the cream mixture.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
