Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Add in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips, and stir until evenly distributed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
