- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add the onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Place slices of provolone cheese over the meat and vegetable mixture, allowing it to melt.
- To serve, spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves, wrap, and enjoy!
