Description

This luxurious Pistachio and Chocolate Dubai Cheesecake combines rich chocolate with creamy cheesecake and the unique flavor of pistachios.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups pistachio nuts, shelled
  • 2 cups chocolate cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup melted chocolate


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Crush the chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract, sour cream, and melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in chopped pistachios and pour the filling over the crust.
  6. Bake for about 50 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool before refrigerating.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, let the cheesecake sit overnight in the fridge.
  • Garnish with additional pistachios and chocolate shavings before serving.
