Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat with crushed pork rinds.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
