Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat with crushed pork rinds.
  4. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
