Description

These delicious Prosciutto and Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms are the perfect appetizer. They are packed with flavor and sure to impress your guests!


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, finely chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the prosciutto, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
