Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a muffin pan.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients except avocado, stirring together until well combined.
- Gently pour the egg mixture evenly into each cup of the greased muffin pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
