A delicious and healthy stir fry featuring ginger-sesame glazed tofu and bok choy, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add pressed tofu cubes and fry until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add bok choy and soy sauce, stirring until bok choy is wilted.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup if using, and mix well.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Feel free to add other vegetables based on availability.
