Description

A delicious and healthy stir fry featuring ginger-sesame glazed tofu and bok choy, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add pressed tofu cubes and fry until golden brown.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
  4. Add bok choy and soy sauce, stirring until bok choy is wilted.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup if using, and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables based on availability.
