- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the melted butter and almond milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Grease a microwave-safe ramekin and pour in the batter.
- Microwave for about 90 seconds or until cooked through.
- Let cool, slice, and toast if desired.
