Delicious and healthy Raspberry Coconut Squares, perfect for a Keto Low Carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, shredded coconut, and erythritol.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in fresh raspberries gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
