- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ripe avocados, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Transfer the mousse to serving dishes and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to chill.
- Serve garnished with lime zest or fresh fruit if desired.
Notes
- This mousse can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a chocolate twist, add cocoa powder to the mixture.
