Description

Delicious roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with crispy pancetta and a tangy balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 ounces pancetta, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss together Brussels sprouts, pancetta, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are browned and tender.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss to coat.
  6. Serve warm.
