- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss together Brussels sprouts, pancetta, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are browned and tender.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss to coat.
- Serve warm.
