  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon truffle salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine the kohlrabi fries, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the kohlrabi is evenly coated.
