- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon truffle salt (or to taste)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine the kohlrabi fries, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the kohlrabi is evenly coated.
- Spread the kohlrabi fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overcrowded to ensure they roast evenly.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with truffle salt to taste. Toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
