Ingredients

  • 1 pound radishes, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the radishes with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the radishes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until it turns brown and nutty.
  6. Drizzle brown butter over the roasted radishes and toss to coat.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
