Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the radishes with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the radishes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until it turns brown and nutty.
- Drizzle brown butter over the roasted radishes and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice before serving.
