Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Fill the doughnut pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool and dip in cocoa powder or drizzle with chocolate.
- Top with sugar-free caramel sauce.
