Description

Delicious and guilt-free Samoa Keto Doughnuts topped with caramel and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Fill the doughnut pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Let cool and dip in cocoa powder or drizzle with chocolate.
  7. Top with sugar-free caramel sauce.
