Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like chives or parsley)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheese and fresh herbs.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  6. Pour batter onto the skillet in desired pancake size and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
