- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine the bacon, bread cubes, sautéed mushrooms, and cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
