Description

Delicious and easy to prepare sheet-pan garlicky shrimp and veggies for a quick weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and veggies are tender.
