- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and veggies are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
