- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cooked sweet potatoes, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Transfer the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with whipped coconut cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
