- 1 pound radishes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the radishes and trim their ends.
- Boil the radishes in salted water for about 10 minutes, or until fork tender.
- Drain and let cool slightly.
- Place the radishes on a baking sheet and smash them gently with a fork.
- Drizzle olive oil over the smashed radishes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, you can add grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
