Description

Delicious and healthy low-carb fries made from smashed radishes, perfect for a guilt-free snacking experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound radishes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the radishes and trim their ends.
  3. Boil the radishes in salted water for about 10 minutes, or until fork tender.
  4. Drain and let cool slightly.
  5. Place the radishes on a baking sheet and smash them gently with a fork.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the smashed radishes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crispy.
