Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground lamb, salt, and pepper, cooking until browned.
- Stir in red pepper flakes and cook for an additional minute.
- In a separate pan, heat chili oil and fry sage leaves until crispy.
- Combine the lamb mixture with ricotta cheese in a large bowl.
- Top with crispy sage and chili oil before serving.
