- 8 small corn tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chickpeas, mango, red onion, bell pepper, lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Heat corn tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until warm.
- Fill each tortilla with the chickpea mixture.
- Tops with sliced avocado.
