Description

Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps are a delicious and crunchy snack that combines the flavors of spinach dip with cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the spinach mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Flatten each spoonful slightly with the back of the spoon to form a crisp shape.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each mound.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, mix in some cooked and crumbled bacon or diced jalapeños into the spinach mixture.
  • To make these crisps even crunchier, bake them for an additional 5 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
