- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 avocado ripe
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix Sriracha sauce and lime juice.
- Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Grill the salmon for 5-6 minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork.
- In a blender, combine avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Serve the grilled salmon topped with the avocado cream.
