Instructions

- Add the sugar-free rum, vanilla extract, and shredded coconut to the mixture.
- Stir until the mixture is combined and forms a dough.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
