These delightful Sugar-Free Lemon Coconut Protein Power Balls are packed with flavor and nutrients, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional for sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup pink pitaya powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions
