Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips and instant coffee until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into silicone cup molds and refrigerate until firm.
- Once firm, remove from molds and dust with cocoa powder.

- These truffles can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Feel free to add spices like cinnamon for extra flavor.
