Description

Delicious sugar-free mocha truffle cups that are rich and satisfying.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips and instant coffee until smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone cup molds and refrigerate until firm.
  5. Once firm, remove from molds and dust with cocoa powder.
