Description

A delicious sugar-free treat made with almonds and orange zest.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the almonds and toss until coated.
  4. Spread the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and fragrant.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
