Ingredients

- 2 cups almonds
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the almonds and toss until coated.
- Spread the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
