Description

A flavorful and healthy pizza sauce recipe that is completely sugar-free, perfect for any pizza lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir to combine and bring the sauce to a simmer.
  5. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool before using on pizza.
