Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice wine
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 red chili peppers, sliced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and chilies, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and sauté until browned.
- Pour in soy sauce and rice wine, then add sugar.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in basil leaves just before serving.

- Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
- Adjust the number of chilies based on desired spice level.
