- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for about 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the lemon filling over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, until set.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
