Description

These Teriyaki Ginger Tuna Skewers are a delicious and easy way to enjoy fresh tuna marinated in a flavorful teriyaki sauce with a hint of ginger.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh tuna, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 package skewers


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar.
  2. Add the tuna cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated tuna onto the skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
