- 1 pound fresh tuna, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 package skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar.
- Add the tuna cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated tuna onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with green onions before serving.

- For extra flavor, consider adding sesame seeds on top before serving.
