Ingredients

- 1 pound beef flank steak
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, garlic, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
- Add the beef to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to high heat and brush with vegetable oil.
- Grill the beef for about 3-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with chopped cilantro on top and a side of dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef overnight.
- Serve with sticky rice for a complete meal.
