Description

A delicious way to enjoy donuts while staying on a keto diet, these baked donuts are fluffy, flavorful, and easy to make!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow the donuts to cool before removing them from the pan.
