- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully combined.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool before removing them from the pan.
- Enjoy as is or with your favorite keto-friendly frosting!
Notes
- For a chocolate glaze, melt keto-friendly chocolate and drizzle over the cooled donuts.
