Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the crab meat, almond flour, eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
