- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the crab meat, almond flour, eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite low-carb sauce.
