- 6–8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain the excess fat.
- Add sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.
- Add cream cheese to the skillet and mix until melted and incorporated into the meat and veggies.
- Pour in the chicken broth and mix until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Layer the provolone cheese slices on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
