Ingredients

Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower for about 10 minutes until soft.
- In a food processor, combine the cauliflower, butter, and cream, and blend until smooth.
- Add truffle oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve topped with roasted bone marrow.
