Description

A luxurious truffle-infused cauliflower puree topped with rich bone marrow for a decadent side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1 cup roasted bone marrow
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
