Description

Delicious Turkey Bacon Lettuce Wraps that are easy to make and perfect for a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 6 large iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves
  • 8 oz sliced deli turkey or chicken breast
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay out the lettuce leaves flat on a clean surface. If needed, overlap two leaves for sturdier wraps.
  2. Spread about 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise on each lettuce leaf.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the mayo if desired.
  4. Layer 1–2 oz of deli turkey or chicken on each leaf.
  5. Add crumbled or halved bacon strips over the meat.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over each wrap.
  7. Tightly roll each lettuce leaf into a wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
  8. Wrap in parchment paper for easier handling and slice in half before serving.
