Delicious Turkey Bacon Lettuce Wraps that are easy to make and perfect for a light meal.
Ingredients

- 6 large iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves
- 8 oz sliced deli turkey or chicken breast
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or halved
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the lettuce leaves flat on a clean surface. If needed, overlap two leaves for sturdier wraps.
- Spread about 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise on each lettuce leaf.
- Sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the mayo if desired.
- Layer 1–2 oz of deli turkey or chicken on each leaf.
- Add crumbled or halved bacon strips over the meat.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over each wrap.
- Tightly roll each lettuce leaf into a wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Wrap in parchment paper for easier handling and slice in half before serving.
Notes
- Swap the mayo with chipotle mayo or ranch dressing for a flavor boost.
- Add a few thin slices of avocado or pickles for texture and creaminess.
