Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey, and cook until browned.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- To serve, spoon turkey mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Top with diced tomatoes, cheese, and salsa.
- Wrap and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the turkey mixture.
- These wraps are great for meal prep; store the filling and lettuce separately.
