- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
- Heat over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy warm.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk instead of almond milk.
