A delicious vegan and keto-friendly mince pie tart that’s perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup diced unsweetened apple
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut oil, erythritol, and salt until combined.
- Add cold water a little at a time until the dough comes together.
- Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine chopped nuts, apple, raisins, lemon juice, and spices.
- Fill the tart shell with the filling and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Can be served with coconut whipped cream for extra indulgence.
