Description

A delicious vegan and keto-friendly mince pie tart that’s perfect for the holidays.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup diced unsweetened apple
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut oil, erythritol, and salt until combined.
  3. Add cold water a little at a time until the dough comes together.
  4. Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, combine chopped nuts, apple, raisins, lemon juice, and spices.
  6. Fill the tart shell with the filling and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  7. Let cool before serving.
