Description

A delicious waffle sandwich made with Carbonaut bread, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices Carbonaut bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the waffle maker.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of Carbonaut bread.
  3. Place the cheese, sliced avocado, and egg on one slice of bread.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  6. Place the sandwich in the waffle maker and close the lid.
  7. Cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove and cut in half to serve.
