Instructions
- Preheat the waffle maker.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of Carbonaut bread.
- Place the cheese, sliced avocado, and egg on one slice of bread.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Place the sandwich in the waffle maker and close the lid.
- Cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and cut in half to serve.
