Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the coconut oil and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sweetener if using.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Fold in the shredded coconut.
- Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until set.
