  • Extra olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and fennel seeds. Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  2. Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough begins to form.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
  4. Incorporate the chopped wild garlic leaves into the dough, kneading gently until they are evenly distributed.
  5. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  6. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
