Ingredients

			- 2 cups fresh spinach
 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
 - 1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
 - 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 cup ice cubes
 
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the spinach and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
 - Add the avocado, cucumber, chia seeds, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend again until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
 - If desired, add ice cubes and blend until the smoothie reaches your preferred consistency.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a sugar-free sweetener of your choice.
 - Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
 
Notes
- For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite sugar-free protein powder.
 - If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, consider adding a few drops of liquid stevia or a small amount of unsweetened applesauce.
