Description

A creamy and delicious low-carb alternative to traditional fettuccine alfredo, featuring zoodles and crispy bacon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchini to create zoodles and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté the zoodles for about 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the zoodles, tossing to combine.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, use less heavy cream.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
