- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini to create zoodles and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté the zoodles for about 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce over the zoodles, tossing to combine.
- Top with crumbled bacon and serve immediately.
