These 7-Minute Sweet & Crispy Low Carb Magic Cookies are the perfect treat for those looking to enjoy a delicious low-carb dessert in a flash!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, erythritol sweetener, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  2. Add the melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
