Description

Tender pork marinated in Greek spices, skewered, and cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Add the cubed pork and mix until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers.
  5. Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until pork is cooked through.
  7. Check internal temperature; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with tzatziki sauce and pita bread.
