Description
Tender pork marinated in Greek spices, skewered, and cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add the cubed pork and mix until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Thread the marinated pork onto skewers.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until pork is cooked through.
- Check internal temperature; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tzatziki sauce and pita bread.
- To enhance flavor, marinate overnight if possible.
